We, David Parra, Ender Carruyo, Ender Torres, Javier Agostini, and Sound Round Productions, Inc., have settled all our disputes in a global fashion. We are retracting all comments, statements, and allegations that we made about each other over the course of our relationships without admitting fault or liability whatsoever.
